Land and Water Forms Learning Materials

We are loving our new land and water forms learning materials! After using the cards in our Bodies of Water Unit, Mavi insisted that he should keep the cards in his room so he can read them everyday and use them as guide for his landform drawings!  The materials that we used in our activity are  available in my shop, Land and Water Forms Learning Pack and Montessori Land and Water Features.


If you can still remember, we recently used these materials in our activities.  I bound our laminated information cards for easy handling and this is what you see in the picture.


Mavi used the cards as guide in creating his landform sculptures.


At the same time, we used the information cards in matching with real pictures of landforms.  We are using cards with real images of land formations.  You can also get these cards from my shop, Montessori Land and Water Features.



But that’s not all, aside from the information cards, the Land and Water Forms Learning Pack also contains the following:

• 27 images (in drawings) of land and water forms
• 3 part cards:  27 control cards, 27 picture cards and 27 labels
• 27 blank outline cards for extension (coloring, labels)
• 27 fact cards (as seen in the images)
• 27 activity sheets (matching the land and water forms descriptions with images)
• booklet sheets

Below is a sample of the activity sheets that Mavi worked on. He loves working on these because of the coloring activity!
