Below are some of the ways you can use our cards.
MATCHING UPPERCASE AND LOWERCASE LETTERS
Use these cards to match uppercase letters to their lowercase letters. A great activity for letter recognition.BEGINNING LETTER SOUNDS AND OBJECTS
Use the letter cards to match your objects or toys to their beginning letter sound. Here we're using the fruits and vegetables from Learning Resources and a pine cone which my boys gathered from the park.GUIDE FOR WRITING LETTERS AND NUMBERS
Use the letter and number cards as guides for writing in sand tray or rice tray or any sensorial material you used for writing. The tray we are using here is reused from Melissa & Doug Lace and Trace Activity Set.PUMPKIN THEMED MOVEABLE ALPHABET
Print the letter cards to form words.DOUGH MATS FOR FORMING LETTERS AND NUMBERS
Form letters using playdough with the letter or number cards as mats. Alternatively, you can use these as tracing cards! Use dry erase markers or liquid chalk pens to trace the letters and numbers.CARDS AND COUNTERS
Use the number cards for your “cards and counters" activities. Or you can sequence or order the number cards from 1-20 with your child! We used our formed playdoh balls as counters here or you can also use some acrylic pumpkin counters to match the themed activity.COMPARING NUMBERS
We used our Montessori arithmetic signs with our pumpkin number cards to compare numbers (greater or lesser than). But of course, you can also use the printable version of the arithmetic signs included in this learning pack. And these are some of the things we have done so far and you can do more!
