Here's a look at our History of Money learning pack. The printable resources featured in this post are available in our History of Money - Timeline and Ordering Activities.
Difference between elementary work and early childhood
- History resources for elementary work focus on details, knowing the facts, and gathering information through research.
- My history resources for preschoolers, kindergartens, and early childhood learners focus on visual activities (matching), reading practice, introducing the concept of evolution and change, ordering activities, and integrating fine motor skills. No definition card is included in this set.

History of Money: Blank Timeline Diagram
Cut and stick the images in the blank timeline diagram. You can use the control diagram as a guide with younger children or without the control diagram for more challenging work with older kids.
History of Money: Ordering Activities
Two sets are provided: ordering cards (posters printed into card size) and picture cards (can be scaled to smaller cards).
History of Money: 3-Part Cards with Information Cards
These are perfect for matching and for beginning reading and upper elementary work.
History of Money: Pocket Charts
This is perfect for group presentations, but I used the cards as a display at home.
History of Money: Coloring Pages for Fine Motor Skills
Most kids love to color, so I decided to add this to the learning pack for additional activities and acceptable motor skill practice.
